Karl asked: at the current exchange rate here in the UK were going to have to pay the equivalent of $496.79 where as in the USA they announced it would cost that’s almost 70% more over here how can apple justify such a difference?

After pressing home+sleep button and restoring it to 1.1.2 and getting that one error you are supposed to get, I tried using ziphone to unlock and activate it and it didn’t work. Can anyone help?
