it should be soon. It will take time for google to add the feature to all the gmail users. Just keep checking your Gmail every so often and that option will appear automatically.
Google Buzz will be rolled out over the next few days, It’s hard to know exactly when for these sorts of things.
If you can’t wait for the update, point your iPhone/iPod Touch or Android based phone’s browser to buzz.google.com to check out the mobile version of Google Buzz (available now)
